Are your records new or used?
We have a large selection of both used and new records in-store. Everything you see listed online is new and still sealed, however we will be listing some secondhand products on our website hopefully soon.
Do you buy used vinyl collections?
Yes. If you have records to sell or trade, please contact us. The price we pay varies from collection to collection, as we have to take into account condition, titles, etc.
How do you package records for shipping?
All our items are professionally packed and shipped using custom mailers designed to keep your parcels intact during postage.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, the option to pick up in store will be offered at checkout.
How often do you ship records?
We post items every day except Sunday. Orders placed before 10:30am are guaranteed to be posted same day.
What is your return policy?
We assess each situation individually. If you believe there has been a problem with your purchase, please contact us first to describe the issue.
Do you order records in if they aren't listed on your website?
We can depending on what it is. If you want to submit a request for a record we don't have listed, please email us at heartlandrecords@yahoo.com .
Do you sell accessories?
Yes, we sell:
- Inner and outer sleeves
- Clamps (record weights)
- Slipmats
- Cleaning brushes
we do not sell turntables online.
What if the record I want is out of stock?
If the record you want is listed as out of stock, you can sign up with your email address to be notified when it is back in stock (just click on the record you want and it is where the "add to cart" button would normally be).
We recieve shipments every week so it is unlikely to take more than 2-3 weeks.
