Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, new items must be sealed, unused, and in the exact condition they were received. Secondhand items must be in the exact condition they were purchased.

Opened or damaged records cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
